Who decided what flavors to use in the kits?

My former culinary instructors (see “About Us” page) and Chef Chris Whirlow helped decide which flavors to use in the kit. We included the culinary herbs and spices that are used most often plus additional flavors that we thought creative cooks would enjoy.
