The property owner is responsible for cutting grass on private lots; however, if the grass exceeds 12″, the Bureau of Highways will become involved to insure the lot is cut. Requests can be called into your appropriate road district. Use the “For More Information Link” to determine your district. The road districts are open from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
