We purchase all the prizes up front before we offer them in our competitions, allowing us to guarantee that the winner receives the prize, no matter what. In the case of the house, for example, we then transfer full ownership to the winner at no cost to them save that the promoter has limited their contribution towards the winner’s legal costs to £1000 and any costs over that shall be the responsibility of the winner.
