The eReference library contains approximately 2000 specific competencies researched and developed by SkillSurvey’s staff of competency experts, who have forty years of combined experience in competency identification and modeling for employee selection, development and training. Some customers choose to customize eReference content for their company’s exclusive use. These customized eReferences might include corporate-wide competencies or very job-specific competencies that the corporate customer values highly and therefore wants to include in their own, exclusive eReference library. Customers can also customize the text of emails sent by the eReference system. SkillSurvey offers professional services to help companies create or select competencies for use in customized eReference applications.
