In Video applications there is no information about the frames that are captured in real-time. Luckily, in Graphics Applications, the Software or the Application Level is the one, which generates 3D objects and images. So, it has all the information about the objects it generates and can determine the quality, resolution and the frame rate required for a particular frame or a sequence of frames. So, we assume that various parameters and constrains are set by the Software which generates the 3D images. So, the controller that we design will only reconfigure the architecture and the algorithm based on the constrains set by the Software.
