But at different times, we control anger, or anger controls us. depending on what we choose to do. Some people are afraid of being angry. They don’t know what to do if they are, so their anger often controls or paralyzes them. Others rise to the challenge of feeling angry. It’s a motivator for them. They’re in charge of themselves, as well as in charge of their anger. There is wide range to anger. You likely feel annoyed if there’s a large line-up at a grocery check-out. You may instant fume if you’re five minutes late getting to your car and find a parking ticket. You likely feel outraged when someone innocent is victimized. Anger Is an unavoidable experience.
