Any contractor that will construct, alter, repair, or demolish any structure or any portion, thereof. In general, if your company has to pull a permit to operate your business then you have to be licensed. This includes ALL contractors, General Contractor, Building Contractor, Residential Contractor, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical .
