For our full and partial coordination package, event manager will contact the vendor for availability, quotation and appointments. Your event manager will also prepare a budget & comparative study of all concerned vendors for selection and analysis.Four OTD package, clients will be the ones to contact and set up meetings with vendors. We can give recommendations and consultations with regards to the selection and booking of vendors.
