Since Knowledge Sharing is relatively decentralized at the Bank, individual Vice Presidential Units have responsibility for regularly measuring the impact of their KS programs. The Operations Evaluation Department(OED) recently conducted a study on Thematic Groups and a broader survey on the Knowledge Bank. The World Bank Institute(WBI) recently launched a complementary survey on Thematic Groups.
