Who conducted the SHAPE Study?
To ensure the best possible study with complete independence, objectivity, and fairness to all elements of the healthcare community, the internationally recognized consulting firms of Booz Allen Hamilton and RAND were engaged to conduct the SHAPE study. An advisory committee, comprised of business, government and community constituencies, has served to ensure that the approach to the study was reasonable, fairly executed, and that the analysis and findings are objective.
