Who completes the Rent Reasonableness survey?

0

A. Once the property passes inspection, Landlord Services performs a Rent Reasonableness survey. To complete the survey, a random selection of “like” properties in the same census tract is used to compare to the subject property. The location of the property, square footage, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, quality, unit type, age and amenities are taken into consideration for determining the reasonable rent for a property.
