Who collects workload data?
All unit-producing personnel of the functional centre should collect workload during their worked hours. Unit-producing personnel are those people whose primary function is to carry out activities that directly contribute to the fulfillment of the service mandate. Examples include nurses, registered practical nurses, social workers, laboratory technologists, pharmacists, sonographers and respiratory therapists.
