A. In 2000, the Librarys citizen board selected the Chicago architectural firm of Frye Gillan Molinaro to design a building appropriate to our community. Board and staff members worked with architects Lonn Frye and Christopher Meigel to develop a long term plan for a beautiful and functional facility. A value engineering process was used in order to keep construction costs at a reasonable level. The Waukesha firm of Voss Jorgensen Schueler is overseeing the construction process.
