Who chooses the tenant?
The Golba Group is very detailed when it comes to tenants. We require that all prospective tenants are put through a detailed credit check, including criminal background, rental history and current employment verification. The leasing department will contact you and review the tenants information. The decision is yours keeping in mind all Federal Fair Housing Rules and Regulations will be strictly adhered. Your involvement in choosing the tenant will allow you to be an active investor for tax purposes.
