Who chooses the Chair of the Bill W. Dinner?
Responsibility for Chairing the Bill W. Dinner rotates annually among the five New York City Boroughs and Westchester County. Each year, usually in December, the Area Forum responsible for the Dinner in the following year nominates a candidate to Chair. Nominations must be ratified by the Steering Committee and by Inter-Group Delegates (group representatives) at a quarterly meeting.
