Who chairs the Annual General Meeting?
The Chairman of the Board of Directors, a Vice-Chairman in the absence of the former, or in the absence of both, a shareholder appointed by the members attending the meeting will chair the Annual General Meeting. The Chairman will be assisted by a Secretary who will be the Secretary of the Board of Directors, and in his absence, the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, and in his absence, the person designated by the Board.
