Who cannot use Kiosk Check-in?
Kiosk check-in is currently restricted and not available for – Infants and Children. If an infant or a child is part of a group/PNR then all the guests will have to check-in at the airport and cannot check-in on the kiosk. – Guests with waitlisted or open bookings. – Guests with special service requests such as wheelchairs, extra seats, visual and hearing impairment, Unaccompanied Minors, Pet in Hold, Stretcher are not eligible for Kiosk Check-in. – Guests booked on international flights. – Staff travel, Interline travel, Industry discount and Agents discount tickets.
