Who can vouch for residents of residential facilities?
Any voter who is registered to vote in that precinct and knows that the voter resides at the residential facility or who is employed by and working in a residential facility in the precinct, whose name appears on a certified list provided to the County Auditor by the operator of the facility 20 days prior to the election.
