If you are a TELUS client and want to find out if your handset is text- messaging capable, visit www.telusmobility.com . Text voting is charged at standard text message rates and you will be charged for all messages sent and received. If you are not a TELUS subscriber, you can vote using the standard toll-free phone numbers instead.
