Who can vote in the Public Voting portion of the contest?
A. Anyone can vote during the Public Voting phases of the contest. Votes will be limited to one vote per day per individual (email). Voters may not vote using multiple email addresses nor may voters use any other device or artifice to register or vote multiple times. Any voter who attempts to vote with multiple email addresses or under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to vote more than once per day may have his or her votes disqualified, in Sponsor’s discretion.
