Who can use the stress measurement?
Most people. However, certain heart abnormalities/diseases, the use of some medications and allergies caused by wearing a heart rate belt can prevent a measurement or complicate its interpretation. Stress measurement can be used with overweight, young and old people (not recommended for children and diseases affecting respiration or the cardiovascular system). A stress state can have many causes besides psychological overload, and thus, the various factors that affect the functioning of the autonomic nervous system need to be considered in interpreting the stress state.
