Who Can Use the Kansas Real Estate Commission License Verification?
Licensee information is open for public use. However, by using this application, you agree to follow the guidelines of the Kansas Open Records Act. KSA 21-3914 and KSA 45-220(c) prevent public records that contain names and/or addresses from being used for commercial solicitation purposes, which is a class C misdemeanor if violated. Pursuant to KSA 45-220, I do certify that: (1) I will not use the list of names and addressess contained in or derived from the requested public record for the purpose of selling or offering for sale any property or service to any person or firm who resides at any address listed; or (2) I shall not sell, give or otherwise make available to any person or firm any list of names addresses contained in or derived from the requested public records or information for the purpose of allowing that person or firm to sell or offer for sale any property or service to any person listed or to any person who resides at any address listed.
