The flat rate service covers the Baltimore-Washington area including Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Howard County, Prince Georges County, and Montgomery County. In Carroll County, Sykesville and Union Bridge are covered and Hagerstown in Washington County is covered. Washington, DC and Northern Virginia are also covered including Leesburg.
