Full-time and part-time (.4 FTE or greater) employees who occupy one of the job titles listed below are eligible to use Right Shift. These employees will be offered shifts at an additional percentage of their base rate of pay. SSP and PRN staff may request shifts in Right Shift at their base rate of pay. Agency staff from TMP that have been oriented to The Christ Hospital may also use Right Shift to request shifts at their base rate of pay.
