Who can use Redfin to buy a home?
Anyone who meets the following conditions can use Redfin to buy a home: • You must be pre-qualified to borrow the amount needed to buy the property. • You cannot have a current buyer’s agency contract with another real estate agent. • You cannot simultaneously have an open offer on another property. • You must have access to a fax machine, the Internet, and email. • You must sign the Redfin Buyer’s Agency agreement.
