FiberChoice fiber supplements (regular orange, sugar-free orange medley and assorted fruit flavor chewable tablets and FiberChoice plus Calcium) are safe for adults and children age six and older. FiberChoice Weight Management fiber supplement can be used by adults 18 or older. Pregnant women should consult their physician before using any FiberChoice® fiber supplement product.
