Who can use ACM check-in?
ACM check-in is available to all Singapore Airlines passengers with the exception of the following categories: · Passengers under the age of 17 who are travelling alone (unaccompanied minors) · Passengers under the age of 17 who are travelling without passengers above the age of 17 · Passengers who have indicated a need for special or medical assistance to be provided · Passengers who are unable to confirm the necessary security or visa /immigration requirements and require special assistance.
