Anyone can use the card – there are no application forms, no claim forms to file, and there are no membership exclusions. The Cape May County Rx Card is not insurance and can only be used alone, not in conjunction with any other plan. The program was launched to help the uninsured residents of Cape May County afford their prescription medications. However, people with insurance can also use the Rx Card on medications that their plan does not cover.
