Currently only traders in the Perth, Fremantle and Joondalup Precincts can trade extended hours on weeknights. However legislation to extend trading hours to 9:00 pm on weeknights across the whole metropolitan area, and that allows shops that sell white goods to open on Sundays, is currently before Parliament.
