The Physically Disabled and Sensory Impairment team work with adults aged 18-65 who have permanent and substantial disabilities or who have a chronic illness or who need help with personal and home care following discharge from hospital. We also offer specialist services for the visually impaired and the deaf, including children, through our partnership agencies.
