Ridar, I am thinking your question is one labeled ‘estimating’ here in the USA. There are few online programs that provide certification for skills in pure quantification/estimation. I recommend you first pick up some books on the subject. Most booksellers carry common textbooks on the subject. Some universities have campus based programs for construction management. Middle Tennessee State University is one. I fully expect that in coming years, all these courses will be made available online. Pure architecture or engineering typically don’t teach estimating to a level of certification. Check the website for Construction Specification Institute also.
