Who can submit the Form?
The individual who certifies the Form is responsible for submitting the Form to the appropriate agencies. Users may share the Form using the e-mail function, however only the individual who has signed the Form or the individual’s authorized representative may submit it. For example, the Form may be digitally signed by the corporate officer, e-mailed to legal counsel, and the legal counsel may submit the signed filing electronically. Caution should be taken to ensure that the filing is not electronically submitted by more than one person.
