Resolution forms and information are posted on the ETFO website on or about January 15 with a deadline for submission of March 1. In accordance with Federation Bylaws, resolutions to the Annual Meeting may be submitted by a local which has passed the motion at a general meeting, by the provincial Executive, by the Representative Council which has passed the motion at a Council meeting, and by a provincial standing committee or special committee of the Annual Meeting.
