Private sector companies, and State and local government offices with information about critical infrastructure that is not customarily in the public domain, as defined by the CII Act and the Final Rule, may provide such information to the PCII Program Office. The information must be submitted in good faith and not be submitted in place of compliance with a regulatory requirement. The information must also include the required statements. Entities that may submit information include, but are not limited to: • Private sector companies; • Information Sharing and Analysis Organizations; • Trade associations and • State and local government entities.
