Who can submit ideas?

Anyone can submit ideas regardless of whether they are corporate or private individuals, developers, generally interested, students etc. You just need to register. All entries must be in English language. In order to be eligible for the prototyping event, all ideas must consist of a team (minimum 2 persons, maximum 5 persons) that is capable to implement a functional prototype of the proposed idea.
