Who can submit an electronic document or plan?
Once the true copy of the electronic document has been signed, the officer certification has been completed and the subscriber has applied their electronic signature, anyone with a BC OnLine account who is authorized to make application on behalf of the owner may submit the electronic application for a document or plan. This may be the BC lawyer, notary, land surveyor, or their staff. The electronic document or plan may be sent via email or other means to another party, such as a registry agent, whom the applicant authorizes to make submission on their behalf.
