This was selected as Best Answer Atif, There are a handful of companies that will sponsor individuals for the series 7, as FINRA require the firms to employ you after you pass the exam. It does not require you to work for the firm. I have seen many people in the industry walk away from an employer after passing the 7, 66, etc. As stated by others look for insurance companies and financial advisory firms, these companies tend to hire large amounts of people with the expectation that only a few will stay around for an extended period of time.
