Who Can Speak at the EiP and can Members of the Public Attend?
Organisations have been invited by the Panel to take part in the EiP. As the EiP is directed at the discussion of selected matters, and not the hearing of all representations, individual objectors do not have an automatic right to appear. Members of the public can attend the EiP sessions, but they may not take part in discussions. The taking of photographs or filming will not be allowed at the EiP. For more information about the Examination in Public visit the EiP website.
