Who can sign up for UW Neighborhood eCare?

All patients of the UW Medicine Neighborhood Clinics and Hall Health Primary Care Center who are over the age of 18 may sign up for an eCare account. In addition, parents/guardians of children under the age of 13 may sign up for eCare access to their children’s online health records. Children between the ages of 13-17 are not able to have active eCare accounts at this time.
