To qualify for membership on the SBNC a person • Shall be a resident of the School District for at least three years • Shall not be the spouse of a current School Board member • Shall not be the President or Vice President of a civic association • Shall, if the spouse of a prior member, wait until a period of one year has passed from the last date of service of such prior member • Shall not have served a consecutive two year term within the last three years
