Who can send an email using the distribution lists?
By default, only faculty and staff have permissions to send e-mails via distribution lists. However, to use the email distribution lists found in ES2, faculty and staff need to have the email address they use to send emails to parents and students stored in Veracross in their Email 1 field. There is a way to allow others the same permissions using a profile code called Allow Access to Distribution Lists. If further customization is needed, contact your Veracross Account Manager.
