Who can resolve disputes between members and the Owners Corporation?
These are some of the options you can use to resolve disputes: • sort it out yourself by approaching the committee or the manager of the Owners Corporation; • obtain legal advice from our office – you may need to apply to the Magistrates Court for an order determining the dispute under section 38 of the Act.
