Who can request synchronized IDN ccTLDs?
Any successful participant in the IDN ccTLD Fast Track Process involving IDN ccTLDs that are considered synchronized can participate in the process and request to deem those IDN ccTLDs as synchronized. Certain requirements are necessary to be demonstrated, including experience with managing synchronized domains and explanation of what problem is being solved by the introduction of the IDN ccTLDs. The requirements and the described evaluation of them are set forth in the Implementation Plan and are recommended to be reviewed prior to submission of a request.
