Who can register at the USAN Action Alerts database?
You must be a U.S. resident. All Azerbaijani-Americans, any Turkic-Americans, other U.S. residents from Azerbaijan, and all friends of Azerbaijan and Azeris in the U.S. should register. You don’t need to be of Azerbaijani or Turkic origin to register. All registration data is kept private and confidential, as stated in the Privacy Policy.
