Who can receive Perry-Spencer Communications (PSCs) ISDN service?
ISDN/BRI is available to most Perry-Spencer RTC customers and some SBC customers in the Tell City (547) exchange. Because ISDN is a digital service, it is very sensitive to outside interference. You must also be within a given distance of the telephone company equipment that serves you (typically 18,000 feet).
