Who can receive eService?

0

Any filing attorney, attorney’s assistant or paralegal that is registered with the state eFiling system can choose to receive eService. Users that wish to receive eService, must specifically list the cause numbers for which they wish to participate. This can be accomplished by navigating to “Your eService,” clicking on “View All Filings”, and then clicking on “Causes for which I Agree to Accept eService”. Note: It is only necessary to participate in a cause if you wish to receive eService. Any filer can serve copies of a qualified filing, regardless of their participation in the cause.
