To comply with the USA PATRIOT Act, any U.S. resident who is at least 18 years of age with a valid Social Security number, or a government-issued ID, and verifiable physical address located within the 50 states can qualify for the card. No bank account or employment verification is required. Currently, we do not issue cards to residents of Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa or other U.S. Territories.
