Who can post at PESWiki?
Anyone can (if they are logged in). The only exception is those who abuse that right by posting spam or by sabotaging content and other destructive practices. Such are banned. Some pages are locked for general editing, but in these cases the “discussion” link associated with the page can be used to make recommendations for the page. Can anyone just edit articles anonymously? No.
