Who can play the 2010 MONOPOLY Game at McDonalds® ?
The In-Store Game is open only to residents of the Territory (fifty (50) United States and D.C. (“US”); Guam and Saipan and Canada). The Online Pre-Promotion Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the US and Canada who must be at least thirteen (13) years of age or older on the day of registration; the 2010 Online Game (including the $1 Million Roll Sweepstakes and Community Chest Sweepstakes as set forth in Rules 6A(i) and 6A(ii), respectively) is open only to residents of the US who are thirteen (13) years of age or older on the day of registration. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes in the Game: (a) any person who on or after April 1, 2010 was or is a McDonald’s restaurant franchise owner or employee, or a director, officer, employee, agent, or independent contractor of: Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliated companies or service agencies; and any entities retained by Sponsor for the administration
