Anyone can participate. That is the great part. Parents, staff, faculty, grandparents, people in the community, anyone! When cardholders choose your school organization at registration their shopping will support that organization.

Any U.S. taxpayer, regardless of income, may establish a tax-favored college savings account for anyone – including themselves.

Eligible participants include the primary dealers. They will participate through their clearing banks.

Most organizations open the screening only to their employees. If spouses or retirees are eligible to participate, then that information will be conveyed to you in the publicity for the event. We require the participant to be at least 18 years old.

All secondary and postsecondary schools in Minnesota (public and private) are eligible to become Minnesota e-Transcript participants. Secondary schools can register to send transcript and Postsecondary schools can register to send and receive electronic transcripts.
